Modifying the Number of Days for a Refill Rx Follow-Up

1. Select More > List Maint.
2. Select Therapeutic Class List from the dropdown list at the top of the window.
3. Highlight a therapeutic class.
4. In the Refill Rx Follow-Up field, enter the number of days after a prescription is filled that will be used to schedule the automatic prescription follow-up. Leave the field set to 0 if you do not want to schedule automatic follow-ups for this therapeutic class.

Note: For example, the Therapeutic Class CNS STIMULANTS has Refill Rx Follow-Up days set to 7. A prescription is refilled for Nicoderm patches, which is part of the Therapeutic Class CNS STIMULANTS. The patient has the prescription refilled on January 15, 2004. Since the Refill Rx Follow-Up is 7 days, the Prescription Followup is automatically scheduled in Activities for January 22, 2004.

5. Select the OK button.
